Both our budget and premium PVC banners are printed on our large format printer, hemmed around all edges for reinforcement, and fitted with brass eyelets for easy fixing. Every banner is finished and ready to hang straight out of the box.
Budget PVC Banner
Our budget PVC banner is printed on 440gsm frontlit material — the industry standard for cost-effective outdoor and indoor signage. It is a solid, reliable choice for applications where you need a professional-looking banner without the cost of a heavier-grade material.
Budget banners work well for short to medium-term outdoor use, event and festival signage, construction site hoarding, grand opening promotions, market stall displays, and indoor advertising where a premium finish is not essential. If you need banners in bulk — for example, multiple site boards for a construction company or a run of promotional banners for a retail chain — the budget option keeps your cost per unit down without sacrificing print quality.
Premium PVC Banner
Our premium PVC banner is printed on a heavier-weight, higher-density PVC that offers superior durability, a smoother print surface, and better resistance to wind, rain, and sustained UV exposure. The result is a crisper image, richer colour, and a banner that holds its shape and appearance for significantly longer in outdoor conditions.
Premium banners are the right choice for long-term outdoor installations, building wraps and facade banners, high-visibility roadside advertising, corporate and branded event displays, and any application where the banner is representing your business over an extended period. If the banner is going to be seen up close — at a trade event entrance, outside your premises, or along a high-traffic route — the premium grade makes a noticeable difference to the overall impression.
Which Grade Should You Choose?
As a general rule, if the banner is going up for a few weeks or is part of a high-volume order where cost matters most, budget is the practical choice. If the banner needs to last several months outdoors or is in a prominent position where first impressions count, go premium. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will recommend the right option based on where the banner is going and how long it needs to last.
Sizing and Finishing
PVC banners are produced to any custom size you need — there is no restriction on width or height. For larger banners, panels are welded together to create a seamless finish across the full graphic area.
All banners are hemmed around the perimeter as standard, which reinforces the edges and prevents fraying. Brass eyelets are fitted at regular intervals for secure fixing to fences, scaffolding, hoarding panels, cable ties, or bungee cords. If you need pole pockets, D-rings, or any other specialist finishing, let us know when ordering.
Artwork Requirements
We need print-ready artwork supplied as a high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS file. Images should be at least 150dpi at full size for sharp output. For very large banners, 100dpi is acceptable as they are typically viewed from a greater distance.

Turnaround and Delivery
All PVC banners are printed, hemmed, and eyeleted at our unit in Tweedale, Telford. Standard turnaround is fast, Available for collection from our Telford unit or delivered across the West Midlands, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and nationwide.
