How Does a Roller Banner Work?
The printed graphic is housed inside a spring-loaded aluminium cassette at the base. To set up, you simply pull the graphic upward and lock it into place using the telescopic support pole. To pack away, release the pole and the graphic retracts back into the cassette automatically. The whole process takes under a minute, and the cassette protects your graphic during storage and transport.
Every roller banner is supplied with the cassette unit, telescopic support pole, and a padded carry case for easy transport. It arrives ready to use straight out of the box.

Print Quality and Material
Your graphic is printed onto premium anti-curl banner stock using our in-house printer, producing vivid colour, sharp text, and photo-quality imagery. The material is designed specifically for roller banner cassettes — it sits flat without curling at the edges, which is a common problem with lower-grade banner stock.
We print with no colour limitations, so gradients, photographic images, and complex brand colours all reproduce accurately. What you see in your artwork is what you get on the finished banner.
Sizes
The standard roller banner size is 850mm wide x 2000mm high — this is the industry-standard format that fits most display situations and carry cases. If you need a wider or taller banner for a specific application, get in touch and we can advise on available options.
Artwork Requirements
We need print-ready artwork supplied as a high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS file. Images should be at least 150dpi at full size to ensure sharp output. Your artwork should include 50mm of additional bleed at the bottom of the design — this is the section that wraps into the cassette and will not be visible when the banner is displayed.

Turnaround and Delivery
All roller banners are printed and assembled at our unit in Tweedale, Telford. Standard turnaround is fast, Available for collection from our Telford unit or delivered across the West Midlands, Shrewsbury, and the wider Shropshire area. Nationwide delivery is also available.
