Construction and Materials
The tray frame is fabricated from aluminium, making it lightweight, rigid, and resistant to rust and corrosion. Aluminium holds up far better than steel in outdoor environments, which is why it is the industry standard for sign tray construction. The frame is powder-coated in the colour of your choice, including custom colour matching to your brand Pantone or RAL reference.
The graphic panel is produced from aluminium composite (ACM) and printed in-house on our UV flatbed printer. UV printing bonds the ink directly to the substrate, producing vibrant, full-colour graphics that are weatherproof, UV-stable, and resistant to fading over time. The panel sits inside the tray frame with a clean, finished edge — no visible fixings, no raw edges, and no exposed hardware.

Standard-size custom sign trays are manufactured and dispatched from our unit in Tweedale, Telford. Bespoke builds are quoted with a lead time based on size and complexity. Available for collection, delivered across the West Midlands and Shropshire, or shipped nationwide.
