Flat Cut Letters ACM Gives your business a clean, modern look with real depth and presence on any surface. Each letter is precision-cut on our in-house CNC router from 3mm aluminium composite, producing crisp edges and accurate letterforms in any font, size, or style you need.
Aluminium composite is an ideal material for flat cut lettering. It is rigid, lightweight, and weatherproof — meaning your letters hold their shape and finish whether they are mounted externally on a building facade or internally in a reception area, boardroom, or feature wall. Unlike acrylic or foam alternatives, ACM will not bow, yellow, or become brittle over time, making it a durable long-term investment.
Letters are finished with a painted or vinyl-wrapped face in the colour of your choice, including custom colour matching to your brand Pantone or RAL reference. The result is a sharp, professional finish that stands out against any background.
Mounting options include face-fixed with screws for a flush finish, or stand-off mounted with locator pegs to create a raised, floating effect with a subtle shadow behind each letter. Stand-off mounting is particularly effective on feature walls and reception areas where you want the lettering to make an impact.
All letters are cut in-house at our Telford facility on our CNC router — no outsourcing, no waiting on third-party lead times. You supply your artwork or logo, and we handle the rest, from cutting and finishing through to installation if required.
